Creating your profile and browsing listings is completely free for both tenants and owners. Owners can list one property free. Premium plans unlock unlimited listings, priority visibility, and advanced applicant filtering from ₹499/month.
DigiLocker is India's official government document platform, run by MeitY. When you connect it, we verify your name against your Aadhaar — that's it. We never store your documents. Your DigiLocker data stays in your DigiLocker.
Your TwoGets Score (out of 100) is built from four components: Identity Verification (30 pts), Income Verification (25 pts), Rental History on our platform (25 pts), and Reviews from previous owners or tenants (20 pts). It travels with your profile and updates as you build history on TwoGets.
When a tenancy is confirmed on TwoGets, the tenant pays the deposit into a Razorpay-powered escrow account held by TwoGets — not the owner. On confirmed move-in, TwoGets releases it to the owner. On move-out, deductions (if any) are agreed upon by both parties on the platform before release. No more 'he said she said'.

Both parties can raise a dispute through TwoGets. We have a structured dispute resolution process with document upload, timeline review, and mediation. Reviews are only unlocked after a lease period ends — so they're always authentic.
Yes. Once both sides confirm a tenancy, TwoGets auto-generates a Tamil Nadu Rent Control Act-compliant rental agreement. Both parties e-sign via Leegality. The agreement is stored on the platform and accessible anytime.
